Please fix your system

I ordered online and went to the restaurant in half an hour. First they said, what order. Then they said they were starting on the order. I was told it’s going to be another 20 mins. I asked for a refund and was told that because I ordered online, they can’t refund me. I was told that the email said 40 mins. I agreed and said how can you make the food in 9 mins when you just said 20mins. I was assured it will be made. I waited in my car and went back giving them another extra 6-7 mins. Food was still not made. Waited another 20 mins. No refund was given. No apologies were made. Please update your system that when you order food that it comes up on a computer screen instead of calling the restaurant to tell them an order came through. My order number is 3523859. Ended up leaving 1 hour 10 mins later when there was no one in the restaurant and it’s their happy hour. Not blaming the staff there but the ordering system they have going on.
